PLAN THE DETAILS
A few details for your planner.
A beautiful place for the booth starts with a practical plan. Send us your venue and reception schedule so we can review the setup together.
Request a wedding quote- The room. Allow space for the booth, guests entering, and a comfortable waiting area without blocking the reception flow.
- The schedule. Include your preferred operating hours and the venue’s setup and collection windows.
- The personal touches. Tell us about colors, names, and any photo-strip artwork you have in mind. Optional finishes are quoted separately.
- The booth. Approximately 32″ wide × 60″ long × 72″ high, before any custom marquee. Allow additional space for entry and waiting guests; we’ll review access and power before confirming.

Ask about 8-hour, 12-hour, and multi-day rentals. Rentals of 2+ days receive a discounted daily rate; the standard branded wrap fee is waived for 3+ consecutive days.

Is an attendant included?
No attendant is included with enclosed booth rentals. Your quote will confirm the setup and support arrangements for the self-guided experience.
Can the booth match our wedding?
We can discuss a custom vinyl wrap, curtain styling, photo-strip artwork, and a custom marquee. Specialty fabrication is quoted separately; the underlying Gallery booth remains the same.
When is our date reserved?
An inquiry starts a quote. Your date is reserved only after availability, the final quote, and booking terms are confirmed.
