PLAN THE DETAILS
From the guest list to the setup.
Whether you’re gathering at a venue or a private home, a few practical details help us prepare the right quote.
Plan a private celebration- Space and access. Share the room, doorway and loading details, and any stairs or elevator access.
- Timing. Tell us the event start and end time, preferred booth hours, and when setup and collection can happen.
- Placement. Indoor placement is easiest to review. Any outdoor plan needs a discussion about weather protection and power.
- The booth. Approximately 32″ wide × 60″ long × 72″ high, before any custom marquee. Allow additional space for entry and waiting guests; we’ll review access and power before confirming.

Ask about 8-hour, 12-hour, and multi-day rentals. Rentals of 2+ days receive a discounted daily rate; the standard branded wrap fee is waived for 3+ consecutive days.
Build a custom quoteNo attendant is included. Starting prices are subject to availability. Your quote confirms print quantities, setup and collection arrangements, location, logistics, tax, and optional finishes. Specialty fabrication is quoted separately.
Can I rent at a private home?
Tell us the location and access details so we can review placement, power, and logistics before confirming.
Can the photo strips match the celebration?
We can discuss personalized 2×6 photo-strip artwork. The layout, approvals, and any customization charges are confirmed in your quote.
What if I haven’t chosen the hours yet?
Choose “Not sure yet” in the inquiry. Share the event schedule and we’ll discuss four, six, or longer rental durations.
