PLAN THE DETAILS

Your event team knows the room and the run of show. We’ll use those details to prepare a quote with a clear scope.
Request a gala quote- Guest flow. Choose a visible location with room for entry and waiting guests, clear of dining service and event exits.
- Brand approvals. Identify who approves event and sponsor artwork, and the date final files will be ready.
- Venue requirements. Send loading and setup rules, power information, operating hours, and collection arrangements.
- The booth. Approximately 32″ wide × 60″ long × 72″ high, before any custom marquee. Allow additional space for entry and waiting guests; we’ll review access and power before confirming.

Ask about 8-hour, 12-hour, and multi-day rentals. Rentals of 2+ days receive a discounted daily rate; the standard branded wrap fee is waived for 3+ consecutive days.
Build a custom quoteNo attendant is included. Starting prices are subject to availability. Your quote confirms print quantities, setup and collection arrangements, location, logistics, tax, and optional finishes. Specialty fabrication is quoted separately.
Can we include sponsor branding?
We can discuss sponsor or event artwork on the wrap and photo-strip layout. The artwork, approvals, and customization charges are confirmed in the quote.
Does the booth process donations?
Donation processing is not part of the published rental offer. The booth provides an enclosed photo experience; any separate fundraising activity should be planned by your event team.
What print format is available?
Enclosed booth rentals offer 2×6 photo strips only. Your quote confirms the layout, print quantities, and any custom artwork.
