Discuss a partnership- Client and event brief. Share the occasion, venue, dates, operating hours, and branding requirements.
- Approvals and responsibilities. Identify the artwork approver, production deadlines, venue contact, and the agreed client communication process.
- Scope and commercial terms. Confirm customization, rental duration, logistics, and booking responsibilities in the quote or agreement.
- The booth. Approximately 32″ wide × 60″ long × 72″ high, before any custom marquee. Allow additional space for entry and waiting guests; we’ll review access and power before confirming.
Can you offer a white-label experience?
White-label possibilities are available to discuss. The branding, communication, and fulfillment scope must be agreed for the specific project.
Are custom marquees included in the wrap waiver?
No. The standard branded wrap fee is waived for three or more consecutive rental days. Specialty fabrication, including custom marquees, is quoted separately.
Are attendants part of the fulfillment offer?
No attendant is included with enclosed booth rentals. The final scope confirms the self-guided booth setup and support arrangements.
