Request a company event quote- The occasion. Tell us whether it’s a reception, company party, conference, or awards event, along with the approximate guest count.
- The venue. Include placement, access, loading windows, and setup or collection restrictions.
- The approval process. Share branding requirements and the people responsible for approving the quote and artwork.
- The booth. Approximately 32″ wide × 60″ long × 72″ high, before any custom marquee. Allow additional space for entry and waiting guests; we’ll review access and power before confirming.

Ask about 8-hour, 12-hour, and multi-day rentals. Rentals of 2+ days receive a discounted daily rate; the standard branded wrap fee is waived for 3+ consecutive days.
Build a custom quoteNo attendant is included. Starting prices are subject to availability. Your quote confirms print quantities, setup and collection arrangements, location, logistics, tax, and optional finishes. Specialty fabrication is quoted separately.
Can our company’s artwork appear on the booth?
We can discuss vinyl wraps, curtain styling, custom marquees, and branded 2×6 photo layouts. Optional finishes and specialty fabrication are scoped separately.
Can we rent across a conference weekend?
Yes, multi-day rentals are quoted around your schedule. Two or more days receive a discounted daily rate; three or more consecutive days also waive the standard branded wrap fee.
Is an attendant included?
No attendant is included with enclosed booth rentals. Setup and support arrangements are confirmed in your final quote.
